Step 1---Ceramic Abrasive Wheel
1. White Ceramic Grinding Wheel (WA, White Corundum)
- High hardness, sharp edges, good self-sharpening, and low heat generation during grinding;
- Slightly lower toughness; the abrasive grains are prone to breakage.
2. Orange Ceramic Grinding Wheel (PA, Chromium Corundum )
- Hardness similar to White Corundum;
- Better toughness, higher durability, and stronger thermal stability.
Step 2--- Unitized Nylon Fiber Polishing Wheel
Used for polishing and grinding hardware, wood, plastic, and circuit board etc.
Unitized wheels are a great choice for light deburring, and blending, as they provide a consistent, uniform finish. These wheels are smear resistant and have a long life.
Step 3--- Stitched Cotton Buffing Wheel
Made of hemp fiber, it features strong polishing force, low heat generation, and is unlikely to burn the workpiece surface. It delivers excellent performance in removing edge burrs and fine scratches after processing.
Step 4--- Stitched Cotton Buffing Wheel
Hard texture and strong cutting force. Matched with purple heavy-duty buffing compound. Ideal for removing deep scratches, welding spots, burrs and oxidation on stainless steel, iron castings and hardware parts.
Step 5--- Loose Fan Cotton Polishing Wheel
Soft, flexible and good heat dissipation. Matched with white medium polishing compound. Used to eliminate polishing traces left by stitched wheels, smooth surfaces and prepare for mirror finishing. Suitable for bathroom fittings, tableware, car paint and ordinary metal parts.
Step 6--- Cotton Polishing Wheel
It is made of mutillayers 100% cotton cloth sewn surround by the center,with a leather lip attached around the inner hole.
Used for final polishing.Specially used for polishing jewelry, ornaments, or precise products.
The layers of cloth edge with pile processing, suitable for metal, jewelry, hardware,stainless steel, aluminum products, wood, plastic, ceramic, glass and watch industry grinding and polishing. Working with polishing wax polishing effect is better.
Step 7--- Wool Felt Finishing Wheel
Ultra-soft texture, strong wax absorption and no damage to surfaces.
Matched with green fine mirror buffing compound. Perfect for removing micro scratches, swirl marks and creating premium mirror gloss on jewelry, car paint, glass, precision aluminum parts.
Multi-scene Wide Applications
✅ Industrial Hardware: Polish stainless steel kitchenware, door handles, plumbing fixtures, remove welding marks;
✅ Automotive Detailing: Repair minor scratches, remove swirl marks, restore car paint gloss;
✅ Jewelry Craft: Fine polishing for gold, silver, platinum accessories;
✅ Daily Maintenance: Polishing glass, ceramic, wooden furniture surface finishing;
✅ Precision Processing: Surface buffing for mobile phone frames, alloy electronic parts.
Operation & Safety Notes
1. Wax Application: Let the wheel idle for preheating, then rub polishing compound for 2-3 seconds. Excess wax will cause splashing and workpiece overheating;
2. Polishing Pressure: Heavy pressure for coarse polishing, moderate pressure for medium polishing, light pressure for fine mirror polishing;
3. Separate Use: Do not mix different wheels and polishing compounds to avoid surface contamination and scratches;
4. Safety Protection: Wear goggles and gloves during operation to ensure working safety;
5. Storage: Keep wheels dry and ventilated. Damp wheels will harden and scratch workpieces.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Streaks after polishing: Uneven wax application or dirty wheels → Clean wheels and apply wax evenly;
- Workpiece discoloration/overheating: Too high speed or excessive pressure → Reduce speed and polishing force;
- Failed mirror finish: Missing medium polishing step → Complete polishing with loose fan cotton wheel before fine buffing.
